Sana talks about his model career and his best moments during his 2016 "Where's my honey? - call my name - " tour.

Sana, thank you for giving us a second interview. How are you since last time we spoke? How did your projects go this year?

My solo project did pretty nice this year. Almost 30 shows on abroad tour and two shows finished in Tokyo. This summer I could release my CD in Japan finally.

Let’s talk about your model career (for “Baby the Stars Shine Bright”, for example). How did all of this begin?

I think the Music has always been closer to fashion than any other culture.
Well I could model even if I'm a guitarist.

Did you have any hesitation to accept to try something else other than music?

I wanted to be a model. When I met VisualKei before.

Do you think these two areas have similarities?

Yes. They are very similar. You go on stage usually with Make-Up.

What do you feel when you’re on stage as model?

It's a very good feeling. But  it's difficult to make atmosphere. Well I like it. Haha

Do you wish to continue in fashion? Why?

Yes I do, because music and fashion are such a close culture. I feel that Music needs fashion and Fashion needs some music.

Are there some brands you would model for?

I want work with Yves Saint-Laurent and Chanel.

Some words about your solo tour 2016, "Where's my honey? - call my name - ". You look really satisfied with it. What were your best moments?

Best moments was when the audience enjoyed my songs. I felt many awakening points within myself during the tour.

Do you like European public? Why?

I don't know the public people.

Do you think you’ll be back in Europe or elsewhere outside Japan in a close future?

Hmm. Probably I will go overseas in March, 2017. Also my birthday solo concert in Japan. 
And maybe I could release an album.

Do you have a message for the readers of Summon the Roses?

Jojo: "LUCIFERO" means the "devil" in Italian. It's a single cut from Gallo's new album "LUCIFERO" so it's called "LUCIFERO-EP-"


What can the fans expect from this new single titled "LUCIFERO-EP-" what do you want your fans to feel when listening to this new single?


Jojo: I would appreciate if you feel the glimpse of the masterpiece.
Wajow: Gallo's attraction, fun, oddities, possibility, flexibility, and rarity.
Andy: Potentiality of the Gallo.
Nov: I think how you feel is most important so please listen and feel it by yourself.
Kaede: I would like you to feel one and only music and artist exists also in overseas.


You will be releasing an album as well on November 9th, with the same title as your single "LUCIFERO". Can you tell us about the composition of this album?

Jojo: A Beelzebub collection.


Where did you find inspiration for this new album? Do you feel this album will head the band in a new direction?

Jojo: Inspiration from the Greater East Asia War. The Gallo's new world has predicted the dawn of this album and I believe we succeeded to put an end on this theme in a good sense.


Do you have a personal favorite song in this new album you will be releasing?


Jojo, Kaede, Andy, Wajow: MAOU-YAMIUTA-
Nov: All of them.


Aside from this new album you will be releasing in Autumn, do you have any further plans for the ending of the year 2016?

Kaede: Yes, our member's birthday live in December and several important joint gigs with intimate bands too, but we're already looking ahead to the next year 2017, one-man tour in Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo.


What Jrock or international bands or artists have inspired you in your music career?


Andy: L'Arc~en~Ciel, RANCID
Kaede: If I choose only international artists, The Cranberries, The Police, No Doubt, Cocteau Twins, and so on...really countless.
Wajow: Stevie Ray Vaughan
Nov: Various artists...but hide of X Japan inspired to start guitar.
Jojo: SEX PISTOLS


Fans are amazed by your outstanding style and costumes. Tell us about the process of choosing your next look for a new album? Do you design your own costumes?


Jojo: I decided basic design, then construct with the members preferences and considering whole balance.


Fans are really curious about the future plans of The Gallo. Any plans of a world tour?


Kaede: We're ready anytime if you invite us! We're waiting for the opportunity.
Even if it's only a few to start, may become big urge, I believe your desire could reach out to a big event or festivals for us to play!

Lastly, do you have a message for your fans?


Jojo: From Empire of Japan, we will deliver the spirit of music which cannot be imitated by a third party.
Kaede: It may be an underground scene, but we're doing the band with pride.

Salut !! Nous sommes Deviloof. Je suis Daiki. Les membres de Deviloof sont Keisuke (Vo), Ryuuya (Gt), Seiya (Gt), Daiki (Ba), Hiroto (Dr).


Comment avez-vous trouvé votre nom de groupe Deviloof ?


Deviloof est un mot inventé par nous. Deviloof est un mot qui a omis la preuve de diable. Cela signifie un phénomène qui n'est pas la preuve que Satan a montré au Christ. C'est parce que nous voulions être mystérieux et énigmatiques pour que personne ne puisse comprendre pourquoi nous nous nommons comme ça.


Pouvez-vous nous dire comment les membres du groupe se sont réunis et comment avez-vous décidé de former Deviloof ?


Nous nous sommes rencontrés grâce à SNS. Nous aimons la musique Visual et la musique extrême, mais il n'y a pas de groupe Visual qui joue du vrai metal extrême. Nous avons décédé de jouer du vrai métal extrême dans Deviloof.


Expliquez-nous votre concept musical. Allez-vous vous diriger vers un son plus sombre ?


Deviloof est le groupe le plus violent et rapide de la scène Visual. Oui, nous aimons la musique lourde et sombre.


Pouvez-vous nous parler de votre PV Ruin ? Quelles émotions essayez-vous d'exprimer avec cette vidéo ?


Je pense que le Heavy Metal est la colère et inspire confiance là-dedans, cette chanson intègre également de tels messages.


Des projets de performances à l'étranger à l'avenir ?


Bien sûr !! S'il y a juste une personne qui viendrait nous voir jouer, je voudrais aller partout immédiatement !!

Can you introduce yourselves to the readers of Summon the Roses?

Hi everyone, We are the funniest Visual-kei in Japan,Jin-Machine!

What is the meaning behind the name Jin-Machine?

10 years ago,featuring 16's comedian partner said "How about Jin-Machine?" It's very very sounds good,so I decided to name Jin-Machine there and then I didn't mean anything serious in Jin-Machine.

What about your image concept? What image are you going for?

We want to do that Visual-kei do not do it very much, and only we can do it.

You are about to release a single titled GORILLA on September 30th, 2015.  Can you tell us a bit about this single? How did you come up with the single title GORILLA?

Originally, the title was "Golf" not "Gorilla" While I listened to demo,this thought not "Golf" that it was "Gorilla".

What do you want your fans to feel when listening to this new single?

Feel the gentleness and Love ,strength of the Gorilla

You have a lot of choreography in your music videos, how do you come up with the choreography and do you practice a lot?

It became the feeling of the gorilla and thought we didn't practice so much.

Do you have any plans of touring overseas? Perhaps in America?

I can't speak English,and it is scary to go abroad...But I want to go if there is a chance

What message are you trying to express through your lyrics and music?

Though it is cool music, I want to sing a strange things, convey a strange world.

Do you ever see yourself doing anything besides music?

It is different in each member. Some of us play games, and some play baseball, web surfing...

How has Jin-Machine evolved since the formation of the band?

In our show, we play not only the music,but also comedy or the short play .While we might have to do many many things, each personality came out recently.

 Out of all your music videos, which one did you enjoy most recording?

 It is "Gorilla" There were two gorillas in music video, they did a very funny performance.

It is regretted it doesn't fit all into the video. I want a director's cut version!

 Do you have any routines you do before a live performance?

We take in an electrolyte supplement! It tastes so unique!(not tasty...)

Where do you find the inspiration for your lyrics?

In everyday life, I make the lyrics from things which thought that It's so interesting.
